In order for The Matthews Company, Inc.Ž to provide you with a not-to-exceed proposal for cost and timing for preparing an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for your property, you will need to provide the property address, a brief description of what is occupying the property, the legal description of the property, any special requirements you or your lender may have and the time frame you are in need of for completion of your ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey.

Our pricing is extremely competitive within the industry and the not to exceed cost you are quoted in your proposal includes the local Land Surveyor's fee, all fees associated with The Matthews Company, Inc.Ž, including the processing, management and coordination of your project and all associated costs incurred such as printing and overnight delivery charges.
How long will it take for you to complete my ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey?

Typical timing to complete an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is two to three weeks, depending upon the size and location of the property. Multi-site transactions can take from three to six or eight weeks depending upon the number of properties in your transaction as well as the size and locations of the properties.
What do you do with the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey when it is completed?

The survey is reviewed by experienced staff to guarantee that the requirements were adhered to and that the survey is correct. The survey is then distributed according to a distribution list you would provide. The surveys are shipped via overnight priority delivery to all parties. We will also email the survey to you if you need an electronic copy.
Following review by all parties, the surveys are revised to properly address any concerns and redistributed as per the original distribution list.
